Customised Program is available upon request.
- This 12 weeks customised  exercise program will include a customise a personalised workout plan prepared according to your fitness level, goals and other factors. 
This will enable you to best achieve your desired physique, giving you more zing in your journey! You will also have 24-hour access to my personal Email or WhatsApp chat so that I can answer any questions you have and provide you with the guidance you will need during this journey.
 
HOW IT WORKS:
- Upon purchase you will receive a questionnaire via email or whatsapp & you have to revert me back with the answers, which will be needed to customise the program according to your needs.
- Once you return the completed questionnaire to me I will have your customised plan completed and sent to you within 5-7 business days.
- All communications will take place via email at komalfit@gmail.com or WhatsApp chat.
- Gym/Home Workout plan will be shared everyday through video demos of me performing every exercises  and daily basis follow-up.
