This website is having the contents, are not the substitutes for direct, personal, professional medical care and diagnosis. No diet plans or workout programs should be performed without asking from your physician or health care provider first, because there may be risks associated with participating in programs given on my website for people in bad health conditions or with any existing physical or mental health conditions.
If you choose to participate in these risks & without consulting your health care provider or physician, you do so of your own conscience & accord.
These risks may also exist for those who are currently in good health,
as if these programs are applied in poor manner( not as mentioned). Although thorough instructions are included for each exercise & diet plan.
If you choose to participate in these risks, again it should be reiterated, you do so of your own conscience & accord.
I am not a medical practitioner. My prescription whether it will be on our website, in our diet plan, exercise program, via mail or whatsapp, none of it is meant as a substitute for medical prescription.
It is to be made clear again that I am not responsible for any injuries or health problems you may experience or even death as a result of using any of our products or services.
Normally Expected Results
Although these programs are intended to be fully applied well, sometimes they are not, which could in-turn be a lack of results. If you apply it correctly you must see expected results, however it must be always kept in mind that even when consumers take any program, it is still possible they will not get the results, they may have expected and it is also possible they will not lose fat or gain muscles or achieve any positive results of any kind.
Because as earlier said, these programs are subject to your implementation, your full desire and devotion. And Fee is non -Refundable.

Your results may vary and you may not get the same results compared to them or others due to differences in your individual exercise history, genetics, and personal motivation/dedication.
